Power Up 2018

Each year, the Toronto Mass Choir assembles a team of professionals in gospel music to bring Toronto a 3-day gospel music workshop, open to the public. Power Up offers singers, instrumentalists, and gospel music enthusiasts a chance to improve their musicianship and learn about gospel music in a variety of sessions and also participate in a mass choir.

Ontario Prayer Breakfast

The Ontario Prayer Breakfast is an annual opportunity for the Christian community to gather together to support our Members of Provincial Parliament (MPPs) and City Councillors in prayer.     Adventure abounds in this exciting, animated tale of a far-away kingdom threatened by a fearsome Ice Dragon.  In the peaceful mountain village where the people live, magical blue daisies grow in the hills, their power known only to a gifted young dreamer named Melody and her eccentric grandfather, Nicholai. When the flowers begin to disappear, Nicholai discovers a hidden mural warning of the return of the Ice Dragon . . . but no one believes them!

The Alpha Program is for everyone of every faith, agnostics, and atheists alike. It is a social gathering over a dinner, followed by The Alpha video. The evening finishes with a time of discovery and discussion in small groups based on the life changing questions brought up in the video. The Alpha program is a vehicle to get support, and make new friends as well.

DivorceCare is a support group for men and women that have been divorced or separated and are contemplating divorce. Whether you have divorced for many years or just recently, this group provides a comfortable, friendly setting for you to be able to share in your experiences.  Each week, a different topic associated with the pain and trauma of divorce is addressed, followed by group discussions on that topic.  Many people have found healing through this support group and feel empowered to rebuild their broken lives and live out their destiny.

DivorceCare FOR KIDS

This 13-week program sees a group of children and their adult leaders hear stories about other kids in this situation on a DVD video each week. Together we do theme related crafts, games, and we hear scripture and Bible stories. The program helps children of divorce communicate their feelings and build healthy relationships within their current family structure. Session begins September 13th - Dec. 6th.
